What happens if a driver lodges an appeal?

Objections are part and parcel of the process. What matters is how they are dealt with. Our process is structured in such a way that each case is assessed individually and that you, as the client, do not have to worry about a thing.

Receipt of the appeal

The driver lodges an appeal via our online portal, which documents every step of the process in a legally compliant manner. Our back-office team confirms receipt and begins the review. You, as the client, will not be charged.

Step 02

Case-by-case assessment

Every appeal is assessed on a case-by-case basis: camera data, timestamps, signage, grace periods. No automatic rejection, no standard response. If the appeal is valid, the contractual penalty will be waived.

Step 03

Communication with the driver

The driver receives a clear response, including the reasons for it. If the request is rejected, the next step in the escalation process is explained. The entire process is documented and can be viewed at any time.

Reporting to you

You will receive regular reports on the volume of appeals, their outcomes and trends. We will only contact you proactively if a case requires your direct attention. Everything else is handled in the background.

Installation takes place outside your peak hours, with clear milestones and full transparency. It usually takes just a few weeks from the initial discussion to the system going live.

No. Our back-office team handles all customer service matters: appeals, enquiries and payment processing. You will only be notified if a case requires your direct attention. We take care of everything else.

Our enforcement process is documented and available for inspection at any time: signage, grace periods, escalation procedures and appeal processes. We will show you the entire process before the contract is signed, so that you can review it and explain it to third parties.
